You need to first install WQV Link 3.0 installed on his PC. And then put the watch into IR communication mode as found on page 44 of the WQV Link software manual.


Select the PC icon, and then press the F button (button at bottom of face) to prepare for communication. When you press the F button, the PC automatically detects the presence of the watch and downloads the photos, but to a folder in Windows, not through the software. This is likely caused by having digital camera communication enabled in Wireless Link.

If the customer wants to, you could disable this if you goes to Control Panel, then the Wireless Link icon, then go to the Image Transfer tab and uncheck the first check box at the top of the window.
