SMF Converter won't Download Music

Install and OPEN SMF Convertor (for converting customers MIDI files to a format compatible with the Casio keyboard)

Install USB driver from Casio CD

Connect the USB cable to the computer and keyboard and turn it ON

Select the location and MIDI file you want to convert

Click OPEN

Here you will have two options:

1) Send to keyboard
2) Convert to CM2

Select send to keyboard

If you get a MIDI IN and MIDI OUT dialog box, make certain Casio USB MIDI is selcted in both and click OKAY

At this point you MAY be prompted to select memory location on the keyboard

Select the location and then OKAY or SEND.

"If you get other MIDI TIME-OUT" error, repeat and change the Memory location and retry.
