The CTK-7000, CTK-7200, WK-7500, and WK-7600 are the only current (as of 6/4/14) musical instrument models that have the ability to silence the built-in speakers while still outputting sound to line out. On these keyboards, there is an option called "Speaker" under the General group in the Function menu. Turn this option off to silence the speakers. Please see page E-133 of the CTK-7000/WK-7500 manual or CTK-7200/WK-7600 manual for more information

I realize that you posted this question 5 years ago, but if you still haven't found a solution, I have a very simple fix for you that I have been using for years. I have a CTK-6200 and never use the built-in speakers. I found the simplest way to keep them from sounding while using the line outputs is to simply keep a 1/4" plug inserted in the headphone jack. I use one of my many 3.5mm to 1/4" headphone jack adapters. Piece of cake that does exactly what you are trying to do. Hope that if you haven't found a solution that you show up here an find this easy one.
