How do I program names to the department buttons (PCRT500/520/2300/2400 SE-S400/800/900/3000/3500)

To program department names in the PGM mode scroll down to System Settings and press CaAmtTend. To program alpha numeric characters see pages 54-55 or 55-56 in your manual.

 

1) Enter 2 press Subtotal 

2) press the department button you want to name

3) enter name press CA/AmtTend

4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 until complete

5) press subtotal to save your programming and turn the key back to REG
