2. Press [TIME]
3. Hold down [%] until SET appears (about 3 seconds)
4. Press 09004142021
5. Press [TIME]
6. Press [TIME]

    You fail to inform us how to put in a time of 9:00 PM instead of 9:AM.  I prefer the more conventional  12 hour "civiilian" time to the 24 hour "military time".

    Okay so, in order to change to to 12 hrs from 24 hrs you just gotta pull the time up, and THEN you can press ÷ to change back and forth.
