This is an extremely unhelpful post. Clicking the link for the 'Customer Support Form' does not take you to a form, instead it takes you to their Help Center. The help center page does not have a link for returns, nor does it have a process of requesting a return label and any shipping information. I placed my order on August 12, 2022 and received it on August 16, 2022. I want to return my product but there is no information to do so.
I have contacted the customer support but I am going to leave this comment here as evidence and to use as a time stamp.
Extremely disappointed with the service of Casio.

Im with Anthony on this one,,, Every link or article about returning an item leads you in circles. WTF CASIO, I love your watches and have plenty of them! If you dont make this right, its going to make me sad not buying from you anymore. Im not even asking for a full refund, id take credit towards a different watch!!!

I also agree with Anthony and Ryan. Your website makes returns impossible. I purchased your product on November 30th. I was looking to make an exchange because I bought the wrong one but now with the amount of trouble I have to go through to return this one, I won’t be buying another. I expect a full refund. I have put in a ticket with support because there is no where else to make a return. Ticket number: 458939 I expect an email immediately to make this return.
