If you have installed an app on your phone, and you see other Casio watch models listed in the app, but your watch does not appear in the list, then it is likely that you are using the incorrect app. Be sure to obtain the correct app that works with your watch. The name of the app that you need is stated in the manual.

    I’m having a problem with the Bluetooth side. I have to reconnect the watch every few hours. It connects. There is data. But I have to resync literally every few hours. Is this by design? It is incredibly cumbersome
