Casio offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through one of the official online stores listed above. If you wish to submit a return, please fill out the customer support form or use the support chat on that page to speak to a support representative. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise return is received. Please allow up to five business days from our receipt of your product for credit processing. Returns only accepted for watches in new condition. Any damages incurred to the watch, such as scratches, disqualify the watch from being returnable for a full refund.
